Booking Terms

These terms explain the booking process used by Cooks Cars Thanet.

Booking requests

Submitting the website form creates a booking request only. A journey is not confirmed until Cooks Cars has checked availability, guaranteed a driver and sent you a confirmation message.

Prices

Where a price is provided, the confirmed price and journey details will be shown in your booking confirmation. If the journey details change, the price may need to be reviewed.

Drivers

Some journeys may be carried out by a trusted local licensed private hire driver working with Cooks Cars.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a journey, contact Cooks Cars as soon as possible. Any cancellation or waiting-time charges that apply should be agreed or communicated before they are charged.
